Why did the page continue to adjust the size of the pics even when the meta name="viewport", etc. was deleted?

HTML meta tag, attribute name or content automatic scaling of page to window or screen

I see that u are confused..let me explain. The meta viewport tag allows you to adjust ur website's size according to various screen sizes...but it doesnt include images

The responsiveness of images lies on 'max-width'..if u set 'max-width' to 100%...Then ur images will scale down and up even without a viewport tag

  max-width: 100%;
}

This code will make all ur images responsive. Mark my answer as the best if i managed to help u
