Pretty sure it's pronounced "Laravel" - "lar" as in "pair".

11,927 PointsEnglish words aren't really spelled phonetically, so unless someone comes along and tells you THIS is how to say Laravel, it's really up to the individuals intuition.
You can listen to Taylor Otwell (the creator of Laravel) pronounce the word in a screencast here. So you are right in how it should be pronounced.
