Why is Slim not available at https://packagist.org/

I'm just trying to understand about Composer and all the different packages that you can use; getting used to visiting all the reference/documentation sites for answers: I don't understand why Slim is not visible on https://packagist.org/ if packagist is housing all the packages you can use with Composer
