Why is the light grey background color commented out?

At about 45 seconds into the video, Guil mentions that he has added a "lightgrey" background color to demonstrate the original position of the images. However, in both the Workspace and the Project Files, that part is actually commented out. So, if you don't go into the main.css file and remove the commenting, the effect that Guil demonstrates doesn't happen.

Was this just a glitch along the way and needs to be fixed in the CSS?

I think it is not intended to be in the production level design, but it is only for demonstration purposes. So it is commented out, and if you want to check how the transition works, you will know where to put it - or just delete the commenting, and you can experiment with it.
