I'm trying to decide whether to use the Genesis Framework or just customizing a good reputable responsive theme? I've read lots of articles about this and being a newbie I'm still on the fence. The only thing I is see is that you can update the wordpress core code and not worry, but I'm not sure that is enough to justify the expense or extra work learning Genesis?
