Will I need to develop this?

Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows of a good support system in Wordpress. For example I want customers to be able to submit work to my site management team so they can make changes to the customers sites, basically a support desk for my users with a login and account. I have a feeling if I want this to be with my customised theme it will need to be coded. Any ideas? Thanks

If it is not critical for the support system to be in WordPress I recommend using Zendesk for your support system.
