Wordmove push/pull options documentation?

I have installed wordmove and love the the idea of adding this to my workflow. One question I have is on documentation. I can't seem to find a complete list of command options anywhere (readme did not help).

I know you can do things like below, but where is it documented? I feel like there may be more awesome things that I am missing:

  • wordmove push -t #for templates only
  • wordmove pull - p #for plugins only
