After installing a Under Construction Page / Coming Soon Page, how do upload and set your customer UCP / CSP to display instead of the default message that comes with the Under Construction Plugin? Zac Gordon

You'll want to make sure to delete and index.html files that are in the public_html folder

But wouldn't that cause everyone to see the Under Construction Page including me? I would still need to see the home page when I am working on the site, would that be capable if I deleted the index.html files in the public_html folder?
