Wordpress + Bootstrap Framework

Hi fellow coders,

I followed the excellent "How to Build a Responsive WordPress Theme with Bootstrap" by Zac.

Since there are many projects that would benefit from such a solid framework combination, I decided to push the code to github for collaboration and use. It is definitely not perfect, but that's exactly why I want to share it with you. Hope it can be useful, and let's make it better.
