Wordpress. Localhost. How can I modify my user privileges ? I forgot to popdown to 'local host' ?

I am following the WordPress Development track; chapter: migrating WordPress from Local to Live Server. I missed a setting. We created the database "localup". We created the user "wpuser".

I forgot to popdown to select 'localhost'; it just shows a '%' for host. Clicking edit privileges does not give me an option to select the 'host'.

Click on phpMyAdmin Users > click the box next to the 'user' you wish to delete

Below 'Users overview' and below 'add user' (Revoke all active privileges from the users and delete them afterwards.) Optional: drop the databases that have the same name as the users.

Click > Go.

This deleted the 'user' that had the check in the box.

Then I recreated the user with the correct host:localhost.
