Wordpress: need help downloading the local server

I tried downloading XAMPP for windows but after downloading the .exe file, my google chrome blocked it and said it is malicious.

I remembered when I tried downloading the filezilla, it showed me the same warning.

So I end up not downloading both of them because of those warnings.

Is this normal? Does any of you here have the same experience on this? How do I download local server safely?

I want to practice wordpress using local host but I couldn't do it. =,C

Hope someone helps me.

Google just recently increased their requirements and I think the programs have just not caught up as of yet. I would allow the download, it's unlikely that the programs will harm your pc or contain viruses.
