Wordpress Plugin that can take money out of a purchase and count it?

Hi! I'm looking for a plugin where it takes an amount of money out of a woocommerce purchase and stores it to the side, where this data can be accessed later. I want to donate money out of each purchase to a charity, and would like to have a progress bar or something to show the amount donated. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Take a look at the Adaptable Payments Plugin:

It would do some of the work for you although you would need to write something custom to keep track of the accumulative amount you have set aside. As far as I know, nothing will do that for you exactly how you want out of the box.
