I know there are many WordPress plugins for handling page redirection out there, but I'm looking for recommendations on which ones are best. My primary goal is "mapping" urls on an old site to urls on a new Wordpress site.

20,439 PointsYou don't need a plugin to put a map into a WordPress page.
All you will require is Google Maps, search for the location. Hit the settings icon, then embed it.
But, if you prefer to use a WP Plugin, then this one should work https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-maps/
