WordPress SEO

I have a WordPress site I am working on and I need to do the SEO on it but I am unsure on how to do so. I would like to know what are my best options for doing each individual Title and Meta Descriptions as well as the no index and such.

Are plugins really my best option and what are truly the best plugins you agree on.

I have heard of: SEO by Yoast All-In-One SEO Platinum SEO

Okay, crazy how only a plugin can achieve this with Magento at least Meta Title and Meta Descriptions are available within it

You can add meta tags in header.php but the plugin does way more. It'll analyze your post and actually tell you how well you've optimized the SEO. So in this case, I think it's actually worth it to use the plugin.
