WordPress Theme Add-Ons?

I downloaded an add-on for a theme and it came with a php file that I have no idea what to do with. How do I add the add-on so it is available to use in appearance -> customize within the admin area of WordPress.

The add-on is a page header for a theme called GeneratePress
