I'm having issues with my wordpress where when I go to my url, it just gives me a 404 not found error, but then if i add the / to my url, my wordpress loads fine and everything works. I just have it set up on hosting right now, where my url is the ip/my hosting package name. Is this just an issue with not having a domain?
