Workspaces not opening

I'm trying to work on this course, but when I click to open the workspaces file, it says I'm not authorized.

I posted this, did something else for 10 minutes and now workspaces is working. I tried it about 10 times before and it wouldn't open. Not sure what I did, but it's working now!
