WP Developement

HI,

I was wondering, what do i need to know about WP Themes developement to get a job in WP studio?

SO basicaly, i can make a simple theme i eblieve, a blog with WP with ACF and some other stuff..

SO what would i need to know to get a job ? and when would be the best to move out from WP and start learning eg. Ruby ? Since i can make a blog in Wp and that stuff , and now im thinking to go and learn Ruby on Rails.

I have a , i believe, good understanding of PHP.
