WP Install hosting for Mainland China

Hey guys,

I am currently building a site targeting customer in Shanghai and am looking for the best hosting option for this. I have already tried hosting companies in both Hong Kong and Europe on a 1gps connection but even so the speed is drained dramatically by the Great Firewall thus making it unsuitable.

I am heard a dedicated IP might solve the problem.

Does anyone have experience and or suggestions in this field?

P.S.: Renting a host in the P.R.C. is not possible as it requires and ICP license which local business license.
