WP theme creation and issue with button- and background-color for the work projects in the portfolio

Hi!

I apologize if somewhere these questions have already been asked and responded to. But, so far I could not find them. Ok, so I have added the individual work projects (from Alison's portfolio) to the WP theme project site. But, even though I am sure I set all colors correct from the dashboard (for buttons and backgrounds) these are still not showing up on the listings of the various work projects (that you can then click on and go to an individual project). Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?

I would greatly appreciate your help :)

has anyone had this issue just like me? Zac Gordon, do you have some advice? :)

Can you take a screenshot of your custom fields so I can see how you named them, and then the code for your template.

Please see this post on how to format your code :)

Hi and thank you very much for your reply, Zac Gordon. I finally had time to look at this again and now feel a little embarrassed for asking you. As many times before it turned out to be as simple as me mixing up the spelling. In the custom fields I had named the fields button_colour and background_colour and in the work.php file I referred to the fields as button_color and background_color.

Now it is changed and of course all works perfectly now. My apologies for taking up your time unnecessarily.
