Hi , Im having issues with updating the directory please see message and if this is something you can help.

5,500 PointsMost time the wordpress updating failed is because the access permission.
You may don't have permission to create directory.

303 PointsHi Ive tried changing the permissions on the content folder. from 755 to 777. This hasn't resolved the issue. Any more ideas of what it could be?
